The second water right is Permit # G-14997. This permit covers 30 acres and allows for the use of .891 cubic feet per second from two wells. One of the wells is located off the property but is accessed by easement and used under a recorded well agreement. It has a priority date of May 15, 2000.
DOMESTIC WELL: The domestic water is supplied by a separate well that, according to the owner, flows at 20 g.p.m. It has proven adequate for the main residence. The manufactured home that is on the property has its own well that produces 5 g.p.m.
