Irrigation: An online search of the State of Oregon Water Resource Department records found no irrigation rights for this farm.
A new domestic well was drilled in 1996. It is 181 feet deep and air tested at 50+ gallons per minute at the time of drilling. The old domestic well was professionally sealed at that time.
Remarks: This is a very attractive small farm with productive soils and a good set of buildings. It could be utilized for a number of different agricultural operations. The seller, who is seeking to retain a life estate in the small cottage, is willing to make some concession to remain on the property.
