We do offer the normal real estate brokerage services for both seller and buyer. But we also complement that with farm management, and Real Estate consulting.

Agri-Business Services include:

BUYER(S) AGENT: Employed by BUYER to locate and assist in purchasing a desired property at an acceptable price.

SELLER(S) AGENT: Employed by SELLER to market a property for its highest potential value.

REAL ESTATE CONSULTING: Giving an outside opinion on property values, possible land use and water right questions, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and other questions pertaining to agriculture real estate.

FARM MANAGEMENT: Employed by property owner(s) to maximize rental return and/or oversee specific projects or farming problems.
