At Agri-Business Real Estate, we believe that there is more to the real estate business than selling the farm. Sometimes an outside opinion based on a proven history of real experience is needed. As noted in their profiles below the agents associated with Agri-Business Real Estate have varied and extensive experience in the fields of agriculture financing, farming and real estate sales, and are waiting to help you the farmer and rancher. We are professionals, dedicated to making Oregon’s agriculture community strong. We do offer the normal real estate brokerage services for both seller and buyer. But we also complement that with farm management, and Real Estate consulting.

Conner first found interest in agricultural real estate as a farmer in search of a farm. Since graduating from UC Davis in 2005, he and his wife Sarah have worked as educators in the sustainable farming community, while also growing direct-market fruits, vegetables, and pasture-raised livestock in the Pacific Northwest. Conner’s desire to provide exceptional farm real estate service was sparked during an extensive Willamette Valley land search, and then solidified upon meeting Terry Silbernagel, now his farm real estate mentor and Principle Broker.
Now, with 50 acres to manage, a farm business to run, and a growing family to embrace, Conner enjoys the natural intersection of real estate service, land stewardship, and the valuable flexibility allowed for time at home. With extensive knowledge of water rights, conservation projects, soils, and diverse farming systems, Conner is humbled by a deep appreciation for the integrity of a place and the sustained livelihood of its people. From foothill homesteads to valley-bottom commercial operations, he believes that devoted and well-informed agricultural real estate professionals can genuinely support the vital and diverse agrarian heritage of the Willamette Valley.
