The total acreage of the farm is of 200 acres. There are multiple additional primary and supplemental rights on file. These cover surface water rights, diversion from Christensen creek, rights to hold water in the LRM Pond and additional Swale reservoir. The well is approximately 700’ deep and has a 12” casing. A submersible 50 HP pump and a 30 HP booster pump are used. The booster pump and panel are new in 2014. A second pumping station from ground water stored in the Swale uses a 30 HP pump (refurbished in 2015). A Lakos sand filter system was installed in spring 2015 at the Swale pumping station to accommodate the new acreage under double drip lines. An Amiad filter is in place at the Well head.
