A search for well logs disclosed an irrigation well drilled in 1968 to a depth of 135 feet and tested when drilled to yield 700 gallons per minutes. 

Remarks:

This is a nice sized parcel of land, well located in the Willamette Valley. The buildings are not an over improvement for this farm but still offer some good use-able life. The soils are sufficient for a majority of crops grown in the valley. The farm could be improved with the addition of tiling.
