AMY PENDLEY

Amy grew up in the rural Willamette Valley of Oregon and currently lives in Dallas with her family and three cattle dogs. She graduated from Oregon State University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and an Equine Science Option. Amy has an extensive background in Real Estate beginning her career as a real estate broker in 1995 and obtaining her Principal Broker’s license in 2006. She joined Agri-Business Real Estate Services in 2019 to associate with like-minded agents passionate about agriculture, and as of December 2021, is now co-owner of this exceptional company.

In addition, Amy holds a Certified General Appraisal license and co-owns AgriBis NW which specializes in the appraisal of complex agricultural properties. Throughout her career, she has obtained a variety of experience specializing in commercial agricultural properties as well as residential and development/ subdivision properties throughout Oregon. When not hard at work with her amazing clients, you can find her in the great outdoors on OHV trails, hiking trails, paddle boarding rivers and lakes, or at the ski slopes attempting to keep up with her three grown kids.
