NICOLE NOLAND

Raised in the beautiful Willamette Valley, I am an outdoors enthusiast, lover of all animals, off road sports and RV hobbyist, and am very passionate about my business. At the age of 21 I co-owned a top competition retriever training kennel. Being self-employed & self-driven from a young age taught me the importance of fostering good working relationships & communication.

I started my Real Estate career in 2008 after moving from Rural Marion County to Polk County and starting my family. I spent the first 11 years of my Real Estate career with a large residential firm in Polk County. In 2021 I joined Agri-Business Real Estate Services, an opportunity I am grateful for. This move allows me to broaden my Real Estate education, in turn allowing me to offer more to my clients.
